Losing weight - if you have lost weight in the past and then regained it, you probably went on a “diet”, which involved restricting your calorie intake for a period and then resuming your previous eating pattern, the same eating pattern which caused your weight gain in the first place.


My approach to weight loss does not involve dieting. You will learn new healthy habits that you can sustain for ever.

Maintaining weight - small fluctuations in bodyweight are normal but you should be able to maintain your weight within 2-3% of your goal weight over a prolonged period.


There is no “one size fits all” so weight management strategies need to be as unique as people.
